Hello to all who are not here right now
Happy that I can make the "almost" start here in the new forum. Hope it's soon crowded here. Fledi This post was first published on www.askmommy.org. |

It's funny to see the german names. This morning I registered in "frag-mutti.de' and now 10:27 PM I'm in the fresh area of this forum making probably bad mistakes in using or abusing the english language. But as I said there are other Germans here. I guess their English is much better than mine. What a nice possibilty of making oneself ridiculus.

well yes, youre probably right .... never ever try to translate your German word by word to the english language; it won´t work properly finally .... as mentioned above ... better express your "make oneself ridiculous" [sich lächerlich machen] with *make a fool of oneself* or such This post was first published on www.askmommy.org. |
